Felix is a somatic coach and spiritual mentor for people on the path of wholeness and liberation. He is deeply passionate about the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit and the integration of our full spectrum human experience. Felix' work is rooted in a unique synergy of parts work and trauma-informed somatic principles that honor the pace of the —and a mystical, intuitive and presence-based approach that allows for sensitive attunement to what is wanting to emerge in each moment. Currently his focus lies primarily on his 3-months 1:1 mentorship program through which he supports people in restoring an embodied sense of safety from within by helping them cultivate and deepen their nervous system capacity and relationship with God.
