Rethinking Traditional Schooling
The current system of age-segregated classrooms is a modern phenomenon that does not align with how humans naturally learn. Schooling as we know it is a recent development, and most learning occurs outside of the classroom. In mixed age classrooms, children can benefit from exposure to peers of different ages, observing and learning from older students who have mastered certain subjects. This approach challenges the traditional linear model of education and encourages a more individualized and flexible learning experience.
