In today’s episode I am excited to sit down with Dr Vincent Walsh -a Sustainable Agricultural academic and founder of the ecological food company Herblabism.
Coming from a working class background, Vincent’s academic journey led him to earn a PhD despite struggling with severe dyslexia. His research focuses on forming resilient methodologies to create integrated alternative food production and urban distribution systems. Through an innovative interdisciplinary approach, he aims to create models of food production that are increasingly sustainable and resilient against any climate or economic disruptions.
Today Vincent continues to work with international brands, leading developers, startups and innovating organisations across multiple industries and sectors.I’m delighted to welcome Dr Vincent Walsh and learn more about his incredible journey with Herblabism and the innovative practices he is pioneering in the food production sector.
The PBN Podcast is hosted and produced by Robbie Lockie, Edited by Phil Marriott.
