ABOUT ROSA:
Over the course of her 15+ years corporate career, Rosa has worked in all types of settings from small businesses, freshly minted startups, and large, diverse non-profit corporations. Like many others, her job position was eliminated during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. She was five months pregnant at the time.
The shift allowed her to take the time to re-evaluate her career aspirations, landing her in an industry I have long been passionate about: the wellness industry. As a certified Meditation & Mindfulness leader, she decided to combine her passion for Well-Being and knowledge of the Corporate world to create Stress Management Workshops.
She is especially passionate about helping High Performing Women & CEO’s Moms manage their Stress at Work and at Home to create a better work/life integration and create more space for happiness and well-being.
