It’s easy to skip over this part, but the reason so many people have trouble “integrating” their design is because they miss this crucial step - and that is really getting clear with yourself about what you want, and then building the foundational habits to move in the direction of your dreams.
I talk about what these habits are, daily rituals, building consistency and the muscle of trusting yourself, your Authority and backing yourself.
