Guy Swann is a friend, bitcoiner, and creator and host of 'Bitcoin Audible', a podcast where he reads the top articles in the bitcoin space, and provides extensive and valuable commentary on them.
Last week Guy and I recorded a podcast in which we discussed the recent 'banking crisis', and the individual psychological dynamics that are involved (both cause and effect) in a financial system like the one we currently have.
We ran out of time to cover the other topic which I was hoping to discuss with Guy, which was the upgrade process to bitcoin. In my opinion, there is insufficient discussion of the logic or rationale of potential upgrades to bitcoin, no clear framework on how one might balance known and unknown risks and rewards, in the process of forming their opinion on, ultimately, how they 'define' bitcoin for themselves - what they believe it should and could 'be'.
So, we spent the bulk of this episode covering that topic.
