Welcome to another Friday Philosophy episode where we consider a different mental model, investigate our favorite frameworks, and muse on the creative habits and rituals of people we admire.
Today is part two of this series where we’ll be sharing rules 8-13 and how we came up with them as defining principles which have transformed how we engage with our sacred work.
In this episode, we explore rules 8-13 ...
8. MAKE PARADOXICAL MOVES*. *A PARADOXICAL MOVE IS SIMPLY A RADICAL CHANGE IN PERSPECTIVE
9. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING BUT YOU CAN'T DO EVERYTHING (RIGHT NOW). HOW YOU SPEND YOUR TIME TELLS YOU A LOT ABOUT WHAT YOUR PRIORITIES ARE. YOUR ACTIONS ILLUMINATE YOUR IDENTITY.
10. ACCEPT THE QUEST, TRUST THE JOURNEY, EMBODY THE ARCHETYPE. DON'T FUTURE TRIP OR GET LOST IN SUFFERING.
11. QUESTION YOUR BOUNDARIES, PERCEIVED AND IMAGINED.
12. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, CREATE AN ELEVEN-STAR EXPERIENCE. FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR PEOPLE. (IT’S MORE FUN TO HAVE FUN. CHOOSE THE BETTER STORY.)
13. RADICALLY COMMIT TO THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE. ASCENSION IS OVERRATED
