8: My Story, Part 1

Recently, I realized that people who are new to my work might want to know a bit more *about* me.  Like, who is this person who has this podcast? What’s her deal?

So in this two-part series, I’ll be sharing the story of how + why I became a coach. I’ll also be sharing some of my core personal struggles + major moments of growth — because my personal journey is a big part of the reason I’m a coach today.

In this episode, I’m starting from the beginning: talking about when things started to break down in my life (and the three very specific things I struggled with) — plus the first moment of growth that changed everything for me.

I hope that in hearing my story, you’ll get to know me better, and find some lessons that can help you, too.

And even more so, I hope it will help you feel less alone in whatever you are struggling with.
