Janine Roth wrote a book called Breaking Free from Emotional Eating. Tony says he was inspired to read it after reading the first few pages and his body just lit up. One of her life-changing insights for him was that you should eat if you're hungry and if you aren't hungry, you shouldn't eat. He also discovered there is something else going on almost all the time when he's eating.
