Poor Charlie's Almanack by Charlie Munger has had the greatest influence on me. I read it about three times a year and each time it gives me new insights and examples to think about. The talk on 'The Psychology of Human Misjudgment' from the book is particularly helpful and I frequently revisit it to deepen my understanding.
