In the morning, I start my day with the Six Phase Meditation, a practice I developed that combines compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, creative visualization, setting intentions, and prayer. This meditation takes about 20 minutes and is designed to optimize well-being and transformation.
I practice intermittent fasting, a technique I learned from Ben Greenfield. By restricting my eating window to a specific timeframe each day, usually 16-18 hours of fasting with an 8-6 hour eating window, I experience numerous health benefits, such as improved fat burning, increased mental clarity, and better blood sugar control.
My life revolves around building Mindvalley as the next leading educational brand for transformation. I believe that transformational education is essential for human happiness and fulfillment. My goal is to accelerate human transformation in various areas, such as character development, emotional well-being, health and fitness, relationships, and more.
I have a structured and detail-oriented approach to my work, driven by my focus on building Mindvalley into a globally recognized hub for transformational education. As a result, I continually refine and optimize my methods, gathering data and feedback, and adapting my strategies to achieve optimal results.
The WildFit diet, developed by Eric Edmeades, is a 90-day program that focuses on behavioral psychology to transform eating habits. By emulating the seasonal eating patterns of our ancestors, the program helps individuals change their perception of food and develop a healthier relationship with it. The program gradually shifts participants' diets over the 90 days, and by week six or seven, participants transition to a sugar-free diet that trains the body to burn fat instead of sugar, resulting in improved energy levels and weight loss.
The Beauty and Longevity Quest is an eight-week program that combines comprehensive exercise routines and longevity hacks to promote a healthy and aesthetically pleasing body. The program focuses on achieving symmetry and functionality while incorporating minimum effective dose workouts, mitochondrial training, strength training, and mobility exercises. It also integrates Ben Greenfield's expertise in longevity for a holistic approach to overall health.
One of the biggest takeaways is to prioritize personal growth and well-being above all else, including business success. By valuing personal growth, sleep, meditation, and exercise, individuals can optimize their cognitive abilities, increase productivity, and find overall happiness and fulfillment. It's important to understand that personal growth is not selfish but rather essential for achieving success in all aspects of life.
