• Due to the over-usage of electronics that emit EMFs in our day-to-day, our bodies’ energetic charge is unbalanced. We have too many positive charges and not enough negative charges. This means that while your skin is safe from sun damage one can incur from over-exposure to UV rays, you’re also missing out on the benefits you can only get from sunlight such as visible light and infrared (IR) rays. Visible light is the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to the human eye.  It’s important to expose yourself to it as it helps regulate the body's circadian rhythm and has a positive impact on mood and overall well-being. As for infrared rays, these have longer wavelengths than visible light and are often felt as heat. They can penetrate the skin more deeply than UV rays and has proven benefits in pain relief, tissue repair, and improved circulation.
