In this episode of The Darin Olien Show, I chat with Robby Besner about how disconnected we are from nature and how much of today’s chronic illnesses are due to it. While most of us live a life where we can’t completely cut off EMFs from our lives nor live outdoors, there is a solution to reconnecting with our balanced and natural energetic fields: infrared light therapy. Infrared light therapy involves the use of low-level light in the infrared spectrum to promote healing and provide various therapeutic benefits. As for infrared rays, these have longer wavelengths than visible light and are often felt as heat. They can penetrate the skin more deeply than UV rays and has proven benefits in pain relief, tissue repair, and improved circulation.
