I recently read 'Byback Your Time' by Dan Martell and 'Lean In' by Charles Sandberg, both of which emphasize the importance of systemizing relationships and blocking out dedicated family time. Contrary to popular belief, these systems actually enhance spontaneity and creativity by removing the need to constantly think about them.
