How to Lower Your APO-B

Exercise alone does not have a significant impact on ASCVD risk factors through lipoproteins. Managing lipoprotein risk comes down to pharmacology and nutrition. Two ways to lower APO-B are reducing carbohydrates to lower triglycerides and cutting saturated fat to increase LDL receptors. By following a low carbohydrate, low saturated fat diet, APO-B levels can be lowered.
