The Run Smarter Podcast

NOTE

Do You Have a Muscle Soreness?

Delayed onset muscle soreness (Dom's) is a common characteristic that results in micro damage of the muscle. It means you're pushing it to its capacity and these like little micros, scopic damage, tears happen - but once they do recover, they are stronger. Dom's usually only last 24 to 48 hours so don't be put off if your running slows down after week two or three.
