Noticing New Things Leads to Being in the Zone
Noticing new things is the means to reach a state where one just 'is' or is in the zone. Flow and mindfulness are related but with a key difference - flow is seen as rare while mindfulness is accessible almost all the time to everyone. Mindfulness is about being open and not just vigilance. People might confuse mindfulness with vigilance, but in reality, mindfulness is more about soft openness.
