I think a good practice is to have many walks m because they are required. Of course, there is a very efficient and endurance, stamina oriented thing that if you have the experience, it will naturally develop and unravel. And then there is a lot of emotion, emotional things related to walk, like how i'm walking into a business meeting, and or how i're walking er out of a bad situation. So this is something to play with and to work with. It's not mechanics. Nothing there is given tis no gospel.
