Individualized Approach in Parenting
Parenting should be individualized as one size doesn't fit all. While it's easier to make mistakes that affect children negatively, building their self-esteem is quite challenging. Passing on genes and values is insufficient, and parents have a higher potential to harm rather than enhance a child's self-esteem. The key lies in being an empathetic listener rather than providing all the answers, ensuring children feel heard and understood.
