Impacts of Deadlifting and Yoga on Spinal Discs

Deadlifters tend to develop a posterior disc bulge due to the tremendous compressive load on the spine, leading to rotation and pressure on the nucleus. It is important not to mix up the adaptation schedules for powerlifting and yoga, as they require different types of spinal adaptation and mobility.
