Understanding the State of Stuckness

Stuckness is not a character trait like laziness or lack of motivation. It is a physiological state of shutdown, where the emergency brake in the brain is engaged, leading to a freeze response. Stuckness encompasses a spectrum of underlying emotions ranging from melancholy to depression to anxiety. It is not just a psychological construct or an emotional feeling but also has a physiological aspect. To overcome stuckness, a physical problem requires a physical solution as it cannot be resolved through mere thinking, affirmations, or journaling.
