No Water One Hour Before Bed

Ensuring proper hydration is crucial in cold environments as people tend to forget to drink water due to the absence of visible cues like sweating. Neglecting hydration can lead to exhaustion and altitude-related issues, making it essential to maintain good hydration levels. Dehydration can thicken the blood, which is not conducive to the body. It's recommended to consume half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Additionally, guidelines include avoiding excess water intake before sleep and following a three to one rule: no food three hours before sleep, no water two hours before sleep, and no devices one hour before sleep.
