**Don’t waste your mental power in the mornings **
The first two or three hours in the morning, until around 11 am, are when our brain's computing and thinking powers are at their maximum. It is important to prioritize and tackle important tasks during this time, as after this period our productivity and mental focus diminishes. Working long hours and boasting about it does not necessarily mean being productive. Understanding our body's natural rhythm allows us to work smarter, not harder. Realizing that our most mentally productive time is in the morning before noon can help us make the most of it.
