Sleep problems are an incident loop in and of themselves, because sleep problems beget sleep problems. If you don't sleep well, that can cause anxiety. Anxiety causes issues with sleep. Waking causes issues withsleep. So many things that are caused by sleep deprivation then make it more difficult for us to sleep. And so iwould like to teach people to focus on the diff ce makers. Whatever your difference maker is going to be.
