Adapting to Change in War Strategies
Technological advantages in war become obsolete as enemies quickly adapt, creating anxiety in Ukraine about sustaining the war. The influence of figures like Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Greene on the foreign policy of a possible second Trump administration is less significant than feared by Europeans.
