If i stick to maximum 12 hours window, then i actually feel much better. So i start sa somewhere around seven or eight in the morning and and i stop around five or six in the evening. And i also try with different types of diet. Having having a fivor rich diet,. or a protin rich diet, or a slightly higher fatrich diet, actually helps to go through that a longer time without food - slowly you get used to it. All of these actually increase your nutricent quality because you are staying away from simple sugar and a high glycemic food.
