Organizations can benefit from implementing a role marketplace where leaders can offload tasks that are not best suited for them exclusively. There may be team members eager to take on these responsibilities, creating a synergy that allows for the redistribution of tasks. By defining and placing these tasks in the marketplace, other team members waiting for leadership opportunities can step in and contribute, even if it means taking on additional hours. This approach allows for a more efficient and dynamic allocation of responsibilities within the organization.

- Role Marketplace - bring your roles to the marketplace and share the load!
- The workforce increasingly wants autonomy, mastery, and purpose
- Flexible approaches to budgeting and staff assignment.
