Spot reduction is not possible; training an area does not burn body fat from that area/nTrain the whole body for best results/nChoose exercises with the most impact and carryover/nFocus on compound lifts and big gross motor movements/nPick three or four gross motor movements and practice them/nDo three sets of each exercise, resting for a minute and a half in between/nTrain more than you're used to, but not beyond your limits/nFeeling a little sore the day after is okay, but extreme soreness indicates you went too hard
