Understanding the Layers of Existence

Reality comprises different layers of energy, starting from gross physical forms, such as objects we perceive through our senses, to finer energies like thoughts and light. As one moves from the gross to the subtle, energy becomes increasingly refined, illustrating the interconnectedness of everything in the universe. This process is rooted in the concept of prakriti, which signifies the finest form of energy or matter, while akash represents the formless state underlying all existence. Understanding this hierarchy of energy enriches one’s perception of the universe and the nature of reality.
