"Hungry" is the key to understanding a strong work ethic - people who are hungry are always ready to do more and constantly seek opportunities to go above and beyond. They are not easily satisfied and don't require reminders to work harder. Being hungry doesn't mean being a workaholic, but rather someone who takes pride in doing their job well.
