Influencing others to change their behavior requires making invitations without pressure. Soften your request and show understanding for their busyness or comfort level. Face-to-face requests are more likely to receive a positive response than social media posts. Balancing pressure and likelihood of saying yes is important, but remember that conversion happens over time in a relationship.
