Running is an amazing exercise that can clear the mind, especially when done slowly in a group setting. Each person had their own pace within the group, with some running fast while others ran slow. Despite being new to running, the speaker found out that they were pretty good at it. The group dynamic of running together, whether fast or slow, was enjoyable and allowed for bonding through conversations during the activity.
