A lot of the literature that we know, all the findings about negotiation are from the West. Those findings are not necessarily applicable in places like the Middle East or East Asia. We need to be culturally intelligent and that's a real term, CQ. It's different than IQ. It predicts negotiation effectiveness in intercultural contexts better than IQ or EQ. And so it's really important.
