The universe may fundamentally be a mathematical tautology that accounts for existence rather than non-existence, leading to the concept of a branching multiverse where all possible realities coexist. The dreams we experience at night share similarities with our waking perceptions, with the latter being more stable due to external sensory data that the brain processes. Thus, a dualist perspective arises, acknowledging an underlying representational layer in which conscious experience takes place.
