Creating Change through Force and Power

Having the right centeredness, technique, and energy allows one to determine the environment. In Scrum games, teams knowing their objectives and collaborating can create enough force to compel management to change. Force equals mass times acceleration, depicting the need to accelerate teams or organizations, especially in larger organizations. Work is force applied over a distance, requiring sustainable pace. The first XP team at Chrysler was 52 times faster than other teams by maintaining a sustainable pace. Power, defined as the amount of work in a given time, is crucial to achieving double the work in half the time, as emphasized in the Scrum framework, requiring four times the power.
