Leadership Growth: From Hot-Headed to Level-Headed
In the past, I had misunderstood the importance of being calm and level-headed as a leader. As I got older, I realized that I needed to build relationships and make people see me as someone who stays composed. I learned that being aggressive didn't mean being loud or angry, but rather assertive and tactful. Instead of confronting people directly, I would subtly guide them towards my ideas or listen to theirs. This approach allowed me to be a strong and effective leader.
