Creating Safety and Accessibility
In any interaction, it is essential to create safety and accessibility, even when dealing with personal challenges. Utilizing a positive visualization can help create a more accessible physiological state, enabling individuals to be present and welcoming in clinical settings or any interaction. The role of being a beacon in interactions extends to workplaces, education, and healthcare, where perceived differences in status and power can impact the dynamic. It is important to be accessible, even when in positions of authority, in order to better relate and understand others. Motivation should be driven by curiosity and the desire to learn, rather than fear or pressure, in order to maintain a positive and effective dynamic.
