For instance, a challenging backward walk uphill revealed a lack of leg strength and endurance in individuals who were proficient in deadlifting. By using an exhaustion focus, the trainer aimed to stimulate the development of underutilized muscles while sparing the joints, thereby promoting well-rounded and sustainable athleticism with excellent training capacity.
