For example, when feeling sick or having gut issues, instead of adding supplements, Easter suggests removing something from the diet. Similarly, when given a packed itinerary, people found it better to remove things rather than adding more. In life, when feeling overwhelmed, the solution is often to remove obligations instead of adding more activities.
