The Future of Generative AI
The future of generative AI is uncertain, as it is currently not perceived to bring radical changes. While machine learning is seen as expensive and inflexible, generative AI, particularly large language models, is easy to use as it is pre-developed. However, its potential applications beyond writing college term papers have not been extensively explored. The technology's effectiveness lies in answering questions that have been repeatedly asked, where the response just needs to be adequate, especially in cases like writing term papers. Despite this, there are various other potential uses for generative AI that are yet to be fully realized.
