The Number One Thing I Do

The number one thing i do is just, i go to the gim or go for he run. I'm like, look, i want to do this a certain amount of time per week anyway. It's something i enjoy. So worst case, am just moving time around simily. I'll probably meditate as well. Second is just thinking about no longer assessing, like the in dual day that i'm having,. but instead somne like a larger chunk of time were it's easy to beat yourself up - if you like, luck.
