Importance of N R in creating N A D

N R is essential in the production of N A D, a crucial molecule for the body. N R lacks the phosphate found in N A D, which is necessary for the body. Even though N A D can be made from vidamin and b three, directly taking these components does not effectively stimulate the production of N A D due to its complex structure containing phosphates, sugar, and other components.
