I think our shame around our desire really just traces back to all the negative shame and socialization that we get around sex. It just feels so hard for us to claim what we feel pleasure from or curiosity about an enjoyment from. I can't tell you how many times I get the question like, am I the only person who likes when my partner nibbles on my ear lobe? No, you're absolutely not.
