Choosing the Best Omega-3 Supplement

When choosing an omega-3 supplement, it's important to look at the label and select a product with the highest EPA and DHA per capsule, even though these may be more expensive. Some products may advertise high overall milligrams of fish oil but only contain a small percentage of omega-3. It's also preferable to choose supplements in triglyceride form over ethyl ester form for better absorption. Additionally, consider krill oil, which comes in a phospholipid form and is another natural lipid.
