Awareness is the direction from which you can get information. It affects how you react to the world. Being aware of just your phone screen makes you hunch over, but if you're also aware of the space around you, you naturally expand to fill it.

Tee has a spirited chat with Lulie Tanett, an independent researcher, Twitter celeb and teacher trainee of the Alexander Technique.
