Balancing Risks and Ambiguity
In an entrepreneurial world, there are risks such as market and financial risks, as well as political risks within organizations. It is important to understand political risks and not be blindsided by them. There are risks in both pursuing entrepreneurial ventures and traditional jobs. While jobs offer stability and less ambiguity, they come with their own set of risks, such as sudden downsizing. Choosing entrepreneurship can involve higher risks but can offer more control and diversification. Some individuals may opt for increased risks to reduce ambiguity and have more control over their life path.
