Curiosity drives excellence
Having curiosity is essential for moving from competence to excellence as it leads to a desire to constantly improve and perfect every detail. Excellence is achieved by obsessing over every tiny aspect while complacency is the opposite end of the spectrum where details do not matter. Being content with being good can lead to stagnation, emphasizing the importance of curiosity in pushing boundaries and achieving excellence in specific areas of life.
