Reflecting on one's life periodically can lead to happiness and well-being, as shown in a Harvard study. Participants found the experience meaningful and appreciated the opportunity to think broadly about their experiences, even discussing challenges they hadn't shared with others. The idea of helping others live meaningful lives motivated their participation. The book aims to bring these reflective practices to a wider audience.
