Training Technique

So you're much better off taking ten seconds, 15 seconds or so after a hundred or 200, stopping, resetting and going again, because you be able to maintain better technique. And if you train better technique, then you're going to be able to hold a faster time ov as you swim. Because if your form breaks down, your speed will slow down as well.
