The Power of Naming and the Fresh Start Effect

Having a lot of different data points allowed for building confidence. Naming the project during the workshop day helped in gaining buy-in. The phenomenon called the fresh start effect, observed on the first day of a new life phase, leads to humans setting more ambitious goals and being better at achieving them.
